Demographic Issues- The world most challenging issue in near future!

Demographic issues today are where climate changes were five or 10 years ago. Everybody had heard about it, but nobody cared. Indeed, aging populations could be the challenges and opportunities for countries.

This topic discussed at the world Economic Forum in Dalian, China and the challenges and opportunities that aging populations present to business. Some experts highlight opportunities which aging population creates for Economic while others concerned that government, business, and people in general are not well prepared to think about the implications of aging societies.

Demographic shifts- aging populations- will drive massive change in markets and Economics, and require entirely new approaches on the part of both policy makers and business leaders. But, as we are seeing, the shifts seem to get less attention than they deserve- largely because they take place overtime spans much longer than the political and business cycles that drive most legislative and managerial agendas.
